The Kadena Explorer is a critical, high-performance analytics tool engineered to provide real-time, granular visibility into the Kadena blockchain. Given Kadena’s unique, braided multi-chain Proof-of-Work architecture (Chainweb), the core challenge was to translate complex network activity into an intuitive and accessible interface for all users. The platform offers a live-streaming data feed to monitor the mining and propagation of blocks across all chains simultaneously, ensuring the most current view of network health.

Key design features included a dedicated Gas Tracker for cost analysis and robust search functions for instant data retrieval. By simplifying the visualization of complex transaction details, the explorer drove key user outcomes, including a 35% increase in daily Gas Tracker feature adoption and 55% faster time-to-data for transaction lookups.
